Colonel Peter Don is the U.S. Army War College Fellow at the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies, Honolulu, Hawaii for Academic Year 2013.
Colonel Don is a Distinguished Military Graduate from Claremont McKenna College R.O.T.C program. Over the last twenty-one years of service as an Infantry and Intelligence Officer, he has had myriad of Army, Joint, Special Operations, and Interagency assignments. He is Airborne, Pathfinder, Ranger, and Joint qualified. Col. Don has deployed in support of Operations JOINT ENDEAVOR, ENDURING FREEDOM, and IRAQI FREEDOM. His last assignment was as the Director for Intelligence (J2) at Special Operations Command, Pacific.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Claremont McKenna College, a Master’s in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, and a Master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
