Dr. Vuving was a Research Fellow and Associate of the International Security Program at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. He was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies at the Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He also serves as a referee for International Security and Oxford University Press.
